In consideration for the acceptance of this entry, I waive for myself, my heirs, and assigns, all rights and claims for damages that I might have against the Montour Trail Council, the Tour the Montour Planning Committee, other sponsoring businesses or individuals as a result of any and all injuries suffered by myself during the event. I also release for use by the Montour Trail Council any photos that may involve myself or others listed above. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older.
